Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Overview

Some products offered through thats-them.com are available as subscription purchases. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can manage, change or cancel these purchases. For any questions please contact us at support@thats-them.com and we will respond within 1-2 business days.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a That's Them Liver Support subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription tier and frequency you select at checkout.

Available subscription tiers:

  • 1 Container - delivered every 30 days
  • 2 Containers - delivered every 60 days
  • 3 Containers - delivered every 3 months

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically before each delivery. You will receive an email notification before each charge so you are never surprised.

Subscription discounts:

  • First 2 orders - 10% off
  • Order 3 onwards - 5% off

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you choose to cancel.

How To Manage Your Subscription

You have full control of your subscription at all times through your personal Katching customer portal. You can access your portal via the link in your subscription confirmation email.

Through your Katching portal you can:

  • Pause your subscription - skip a delivery without cancelling
  • Change your subscription tier - upgrade or downgrade at any time
  • Update your shipping address - changes take effect from your next shipment
  • Update your payment method - keep your details current to avoid failed charges
  • Cancel your subscription - see cancellation terms below

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first order has been placed and fulfilled. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period beyond your first order.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your Katching customer portal via the link in your subscription confirmation email
  2. Navigate to your active subscription
  3. Select the cancel option
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect immediately. You will not be charged for any future deliveries after your cancellation is confirmed.

Please note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund for orders that have already been shipped and received. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on refund eligibility.

If you experience any difficulty cancelling through the portal please contact us directly at support@thats-them.com and we will process your cancellation manually within 1 business day.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled subscription payment fails we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically. We will notify you by email if this occurs. To avoid interruption to your subscription please ensure your payment details are kept up to date through your Katching customer portal.

Subscription Modifications

Upgrading your tier You may upgrade your subscription tier at any time through your Katching portal. The new tier and pricing will take effect from your next billing cycle.

Downgrading your tier You may downgrade your subscription tier at any time through your Katching portal. The new tier and pricing will take effect from your next billing cycle.

Changing your delivery frequency Your delivery frequency is tied to your subscription tier. To change your frequency simply upgrade or downgrade to the tier that best suits your needs.

Pre-Orders

That's Them does not currently offer pre-order purchases. This section is included for future reference should pre-orders become available.

When a pre-order is offered you will be notified of the payment terms at checkout — including whether full payment or a partial deposit is required. Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be cancelled for a full refund. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled standard return and refund terms apply as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

That's Them does not currently offer a try before you buy purchase option. Our 30-day money back guarantee serves a similar purpose - you can try That's Them Liver Support for a full 30 days and if you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund you in full. No return required. No questions asked.
