Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind That's Them Liver Support completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason - including after trying the product - you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a full refund. No questions asked.
You do not need to return the product. You do not need to explain yourself. Simply contact us within 30 days and we will process your refund in full.
Our 30-day guarantee applies to first time purchases and is limited to one refund per household.
How To Request A Refund
- Email us at support@thats-them.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number in your message
- We will confirm receipt within 1-2 business days and process your refund within 10 business days - no return required, no questions asked
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away at support@thats-them.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will evaluate the situation and make it right - whether that is a replacement, a full refund, or another resolution that works for you. You will not need to return damaged or defective items and the 30-day window does not apply to items that arrived damaged or incorrect.
Subscription Orders
Our 30-day money back guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. If you are not satisfied after trying That's Them Liver Support on your first order we will refund that order in full - no questions asked.
For subsequent subscription shipments, refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us at support@thats-them.com and we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund for orders already shipped and received. For information on how to pause or cancel your subscription please refer to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Exceptions
The only circumstances where a refund may not be granted are:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Orders not purchased directly through thats-them.com
- Subsequent subscription shipments beyond the first order - handled case by case
- Gift cards and sale items
- Refund requests from households that have previously received a refund under our guarantee

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product please contact us at support@thats-them.com and we will do our best to assist you.
European Union - 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.
Please note - That's Them currently ships within the United States only. This clause is included for future compliance purposes.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been approved we will process it automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account. This is outside of our control and can take several additional business days depending on your financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it please contact us at support@thats-them.com and we will investigate immediately.
